Wedding Photography
Why invite me to your wedding?
Ever since I was a child, I've loved attending events full of people I didn't know. From attending my mom’s real estate showings as a toddler to mingling with strangers at my own art exhibitions, I find meeting new people and making them laugh thrilling. My natural curiosity about people makes me excellent at getting along with everyone–including even the oddest of your family members! Behind the camera, this curiosity means that I have a keen eye for magical moments and a passion for photographing people exactly how they want to be seen. The images I will take at your wedding will capture all of the joy and connection and wonder of your special day. Most importantly, though, they will capture you and your loved ones, exactly as you are. People are the reason I chose photography as a career. If you allow me to photograph your wedding, I promise to have almost as much fun as you do, and your wedding photos will be the proof.
I studied photography at Concordia University in Montreal and completed a wedding photography certificate from Udemy, so I offer a unique fine art style and professional, adaptable skills that help me thrive in busy, bustling wedding events. I aim to capture candid wedding moments that look just as magical as planned and posed images like engagement photos or group shots.
As a queer trans person, I understand the importance of being represented in a way that makes you feel good about yourself. My priority is that you love your photos and they make you feel like you! Prior to your big day, we will have a conversation in which I will get to know your priorities, joys, and even fears around your wedding photos. I promise to put in the extra effort to make you feel empowered. I want you to have a photographer who you feel comfortable around and who you know is so proud of you for being you, and I think that can be me!
Wedding Packages
10 hours of coverage – $3000
This option is for full coverage of larger weddings. I will be there as you get ready with your wedding party, say your “I dos,” dance your first dance, and party into the night with your friends and family. If you want photos of every guest and every stage of your wedding, go with this package! I'll make sure to get golden shots of your drunk family members clumsily dancing to “YMCA.” Consider this complementary blackmail. You deserve to have memories captured from every moment.
8 hours – $2500
For most weddings, this option allows for some images of getting ready and some from the reception, with most photos focusing on you and your guests at the most important part of the day: the ceremony. However, we can use this time however you like. If focusing on your grandparents waltzing to pop music is your priority, that's what I'll get!
6 hours – $2000
This is the perfect amount of time if you care mostly about capturing the wedding ceremony and the start of the reception. I will get the perfect shots of you walking down the aisle and the first kiss, the first dance and the beginning of the party. Then I will let you enjoy your night with your loved ones and go home to start editing your beautiful photos.
4 hours – $1500
Planning a simple wedding or elopement? This package allows time for the most important moments of the day and is perfect if you are in Jasper for the beautiful scenery but are not bringing the whole team with you.
Portraits
2-hour couple’s shoot – $450
If you are getting engaged or are looking for a cute anniversary shoot in the mountains, book this option and we can talk about some beautiful options in Jasper. The Rockies are truly one of the best places to celebrate love. Secret, local spots for the best backdrop included, clothing optional!
2-hour family photoshoot – $550
Spend a couple of hours in the mountains with your family and bring me with you so that you will never forget the views! Run through the fields, lay amidst the wildflower, and just have a great time together. I will be there to capture all of the joy the mountains inspire.
Headshots – $250
Business, artistic, or just for fun. Headshots take about an hour and will include my professional posing input, creative flair, and precise editing skills. 5-10 digital shots, depending on what we get done in the hour! I understand being camera shy and want you to love your headshot, so we will take the time to make you comfortable and get a picture you want to use for all of your profiles
